Professional photographer Dmitry Kiyono was born and developed in the largest communist country which used to be called USSR; once older, he relocated himself first to NYC, then Tokyo, and after many world travels is currently residing in Beijing.

Combination of a professional career in fine art field and journalist academic background brought him original vision which was influenced by the collections of slides from 1950’s Europe which his famous grand-pa shot with his old Leica.
